However, according to sources, the relationship between the superstar and the actress seems to have strained a bit lately. Apparently, Salman is peeved with Sonakshi. The reason apparently is because she turned down a film offer from the Khan family. &ldquo;After Dabangg 2, Salman wanted Arbaaz to make a film without him. Arbaaz signed Abhishek Dongra as the debut director for his next production. Initially, Katrina Kaif was being considered for the film but later Salman suggested Sonakshi&rsquo;s name. Arbaaz offered the role to Sonakshi. But for reasons unknown, she couldn&rsquo;t agree to do the film and this seems to have irked Salman, who didn&rsquo;t expect her to turn down his request,&rdquo; says the source.
