The music composers are super chilled out! And they have a good reason to be. The last year has been really kind to them, what with hits like Rowdy Rathore, Teri Meri Kahani among others. And with the &lsquo;Fevicol se&rsquo; connection they&rsquo;ve established with the masses now, it&rsquo;s easy to see why they&rsquo;re one of the most sought after names when it comes to music composing. What we did, was that we analysed the best points of the film. The music of the original film was one of its USPs. As long as you&rsquo;re giving good songs to the listeners, nobody will question you. We kept it simple. It&rsquo;s the same genre but the tempo and the raag are different. The soul of the original film is there. That is how we&rsquo;ve been able to come up soulful melodies. Songs: Either good or bad Wajid: Kaam kaam hota hai, gaane gaane hote hain. A song can be either good or bad. There can&rsquo;t be any other category. Sajid: There is nothing like item songs. A song is a song, whether it&rsquo;s a patriotic song, a bhajan or a dance number. People have problems with item songs. Theek hai, as long as they keep coming to us! (laughs) But on a serious note, some people look down upon item songs. Even in olden days you had chatkhare bhare songs like Bholi surat dil ke khote or Oh Shalu. Bu nobody called them item songs. End of the day if people can enjoy these songs with their families, then I don&rsquo;t see a problem with it. The problem is when a daughter can&rsquo;t listen to a particular song with her parents. The kind of songs we do, are the kind one can enjoy on their own as well as with their families. And if anyone criticises, ignore them and move on. Working hard and smart Sajid: We&rsquo;re doing couple of good projects in the coming year. Khel kood ke kar rahein hain, nobody is tense because of us. The idea is to be busy but not so much that you have to refuse work or do half-hearted work. We&rsquo;re also busy but only that much in which we can do our work honestly.u00a0 Wajid: The last year has been really hectic. God&rsquo;s been kind to us. We&rsquo;re doing work that we enjoy and we&rsquo;re composing music for films that we want to watch. We&rsquo;re not just working hard, we&rsquo;re working smart. That&rsquo;s the key. u00a0
