British singer Ed Sheeran clearly loves India, considering the number of times he visits the country and showers love on the people. The singer is currently gearing up for the release of his track ‘Sapphire’. In his latest post featuring his trip to India, he teased the audience with behind-the-scenes moments alongside Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and singer Arijit Singh.

Ed Sheeran made a fun video with King Khan, where the star can be seen sweetly singing the hook line of the Sapphire song. The short clip begins with Ed self-recording, and Khan pops up from behind him.


The post also showcases Ed embracing Indian culture—singing in Hindi, getting a Punjabi tattoo, playing traditional Indian instruments, and engaging with college students performing a dance number to the track.

Ed also shared a candid picture with singer Arijit Singh. The two have previously shared the stage during Ed’s India concert. The British singer has also visited Singh at his Kolkata home.

Ed took to his feed to share glimpses from his recent India visit and explained every post in his caption:

Ed has visited India several times. And whenever he comes, he makes sure to spend quality time with his friends from the Indian film and music industry.

Earlier this year, Ed Sheeran brought his record-breaking ‘+–=÷×’ Tour to Delhi-NCR after riveting performances in Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Shillong.

Ed Sheeran expressed his heartfelt gratitude, saying, “The last three weeks in India have been magical. I’ve learned a lot. Thank you for welcoming me, and hopefully I will come back soon!” He concluded the event with ‘Bad Habits’, after performing ‘You Need Me, I Don’t Need You’ and ‘Shape of You’.
