In a shocking turn of events, during the premiere of season 7, she reveals being diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Candidly reflecting on the emotional toll of her divorce and ongoing personal challenges, Kim admits the stress has taken a visible toll on her well-being.
Kim Kardashian gets diagnosed with brain aneurysm
As per the teaser episode clip of the upcoming season 7 of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian is seen entering an MRI scanner before sharing the brain aneurysm diagnosis with her family. Her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, reacts with a shocked “Whoa!” before Kim explains the doctor's findings, saying, “They were like, ‘Just stress!’”
She further added, “People think I have the luxury of walking away. I'm happy it's over. My ex will be in my life no matter what.” But later, she broke down and said, “Last night I was like, ‘Why the f*** is this happening?’”
Kim also revealed that her psoriasis — a chronic skin condition she’s struggled with for years — had flared up again. “I haven’t had psoriasis since I got divorced, and it just started coming back,” she shared.
What is a brain aneurysm?
An aneurysm is a bulge or ballooning in the wall of a blood vessel. A ruptured aneurysm could result in internal bleeding, which can be life-threatening. However, if the aneurysm is small and has not ruptured, it is treatable.
