Meanwhile, BTS has come back from Los Angeles after two months of album prep, with a spring 2026 release planned—their first full-group album in three years. They’re also preparing to shoot a music video in the U.S
SUGA BTS
Min Yoongi, nicknamed Agust D, has returned to social media, making his first post in more than two years. On September 22, the Instagram handle 'agustd' posted his first post in two years. This is the first time the account has been updated since August 2023, with the exception of an Instagram story posted by the singer during his visit to fellow BTS member Jin's solo show earlier this year. With this, SUGA has fulfilled a long-standing promise he made to his fans roughly two years ago, before taking a hiatus for his mandatory military service, which he completed in a different way by working as a public servant for 21 months.
SUGA returns to Instagram
In August 2022, SUGA released a post on his personal Weverse account saying goodbye to his followers before departing to fulfil his military commitments. He assured them that a few years would pass quickly and he would return to them before they knew it. Well, the moment has come for the singer to make his triumphant return. He also appears to be hinting at something new, as photographs show him at a shoot, holding a guitar and standing on a trolley.
The photographs appear to be vintage, with an undercut coming out from beneath his hair. He seems preoccupied with his work. A lot of mess appears to be behind him, with music and construction equipment filling the scene. His shadow cast on the wall, a commanding presence in the room.
BTS, on the other hand, has returned from Los Angeles, where they had spent two months working on their album. Set for a spring 2026 release, this will be the group's first full-team release in roughly three years, following the June 2023 release of Take Two. The duo is said to be preparing a return to the United States to film their music video, with the concept already in place.
SUGA had made a massive donation
After finishing his mandatory military service as a social service worker, Suga donated 5 billion KRW to Severance Hospital in June. According to the hospital, his donation will help to construct the Min Yoongi Treatment Center, which promotes the treatment and social independence of children and adolescents with autism spectrum condition.
