Kim Taehyung has a new home! The 29-year-old already has a beautiful apartment in Seoul's famed Gangnam neighborhood and has added another to his property portfolio. According to a News1 story, BTS' V has recently purchased a new condominium in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam. The artist is alleged to have paid a whopping 14.2 billion KRW (approximately Rs 89.8 cr) for the house.

The new property is reported to be 273.96 square meters in size, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a duplex setting that is believed to be shared by all houses in the complex. More than the acquisition and the grandeur of the property, the story claims that he was able to do so totally in cash and without a loan. There is no separate mortgage, implying that he paid for it fully with cash and no collateral. The sales contract is claimed to have been signed in early May, and the singer reportedly accepted ownership of the property from the developer on the 17th of this month, when the balance was paid in full.
Previously known as The Penthouse Cheongdam, it was renamed PH 129 to reflect its location at 129 Cheongdam-dong in Seoul. The project, which is expected to be completed in August 2020, will include 29 residences on 20 stories and 6 basement floors. Other residents of the property include performers Jang Dong Gun and Ko So Young, golfer Park In Bee, and math teacher Hyun Woo Jin.
