The trainer shared the clip from Los Angeles, revealing in the description box, "I went to LA to teach BTS members how to exercise." Everyone is very enthusiastic about exercising and works hard!" His statements were not exaggerated—the clip showed Jungkook, V, and RM absolutely crushing it throughout their training session.
