Prime Video announced the exclusive global streaming premiere of the blockbuster epic Kantara: A Legend Chapter 1. Written, directed, and headlined by the visionary Rishab Shetty, this mythological action thriller features a stellar ensemble cast, including Rukmini Vasanth, Gulshan Devaiah and Jayaram in key roles. Produced by Hombale Films, the film serves as a prequel to the 2022 smash hit Kantara - A Legend (also available to stream on Prime Video), the film expands the critically acclaimed cinematic universe with a story that’s both intimate in emotion and grand in scale. Starting October 31, the film which was released in theatres on October 31 will be available to stream exclusively on the platform in Kannada, with dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
