Dulquer Salmaan is stepping into the world of capes and chaos — this time, as the visionary behind what’s being touted as Malayalam cinema’s first superhero universe. The film stars Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen in the lead.

Dulquer Salmaan introduces Lokah

On Saturday, the actor-producer dropped the striking first-look poster of Lokah – Chapter One: Chandra, headlined by Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen K. The poster introduces Kalyani in a powerful, never-seen-before superhero avatar, breaking away from her familiar on-screen image. She stands tall in a battle-ravaged landscape, ready to face the storm, while Naslen appears amidst the chaos — hinting at high-stakes conflict and emotional intensity.

Produced under Dulquer’s banner, Wayfarer Films, Lokah marks his seventh production and his most ambitious yet — a bold leap into genre storytelling with the promise of a larger cinematic universe rooted in Malayalam culture and mythology.
