Actor-politician Pawan Singh, who is known for his work in Bhojpuri cinema, is once again making headlines for all the wrong reasons. This time, his wife Jyoti Singh has levelled serious allegations of adultery and harassment against him. Jyoti recently went live on Instagram to share her ordeal and accuse him while nreaking down. She was reportedly denied entry at Pawan Singh's residence in Lucknow when she arrived by the police.

When she arrived at the residence, the cops were already there to take her to the police station. The police claimed that Pawan Singh had filed a complaint; hence, Jyoti should come to the police station. However, Jyoti Singh decided not to go to the police station and instead went live on Instagram.
Jyoti was heard saying that she was being publicly humiliated. A police officer was further heard commenting that there are ongoing legal proceedings between both parties. He added that Jyoti had levelled allegations of murder against Pawan, which she denied, saying that her complaint pertained solely to maintenance proceedings.
Further in the video, Jyoti threatened to consume poison in the presence of the police officers and said, "Aaj main sirf samaj ke kehne par yahan aayi thi, bas yeh din dekhne ke liye. Agar abhi bhi insaaf nahin mila to koi umeed nahin hai. Main ghar mein zehar kha kar mar jaungi; iss ghar se meri laash jaayegi. Yeh last baar hai jo main keh rahi hoon. Main ek shareef ghar ki beti hoon, ek shareef ghar ki bahu hoon. Agar mujhe police station jaana pad raha hai, to main yahin se zehar kha kar nikal lungi. Bas, bohot ho gaya. Insaaf dijiye mujhe. (Today I came here only at the behest of society, just to see this day. If I still don't get justice, there's no hope. I will commit suicide at home; my body will be taken from this house. This is the last time I'm saying this. I'm the daughter of a wealthy family, the daughter-in-law of a wealthy family. If I have to go to the police station, I'll commit suicide here and leave. That's enough. Give me justice.)"

She said during the Instagram Live, "This Pawan Singh will serve the society who is calling the police to get his wife out. When there was an election, he called me and used my name. He then went to the hotel with another girl. Everyone used to ask why I came to my house, not why Pawan ji went to the hotel with a girl in front of us. Being the wife, I couldn't bear to see my husband be with another girl, so I left. You will know when you will be with your sister and daughter".
She received a lot of support in the comments section of her post. One social media user wrote, "Pawan, you should be ashamed of how you are treating your wife, this is very wrong brother". Another user wrote, "I thought everything will be fine today and both will be together but I am very sad to see such a scene".
A third user wrote, "We never thought Pawan Singh would fall so much. Very wrong with Jyoti Singh".
Pawan Singh's recent Instagram post also had netizens calling him out for his behaviour. One user wrote, "Pawan, you are doing this to your girl, we are ashamed that we are your fans".
