Actor Ashish Sharma, currently seen as Ram in the popular mythological show &ldquo;Siya Ke Ram&rdquo;, prefers to jog his way to the sets to keep himself healthy.

"I begin my day at 5 a.m. every day. Even though the call time on set is 7 a.m. I need to be on set by 6 a.m. so that I am ready on time for my shot and to get into my costume. The entire look takes about 45 minutes to an hour," he said said in a statement.
"Amid all this, I don&rsquo;t get the time to work out because pack-up too happens late in the night. Keeping this in mind, I have decided to walk or jog my way to the sets in the morning and at night."
"This way, I am at least keeping my workout process continued and there&rsquo;s no stopping,&rdquo; said Ashish, who has previously appeared in shows like &ldquo;Gunahon Ka Devta&rdquo;, &ldquo;Chandragupta Maurya&rdquo; and &ldquo;Rangrasiya&rdquo;.
'Siya Ke Ram', which airs on Star Plus, also features Madirakshi Mundle and Dalip Tahil among others.
The show is a unique depiction of the epic Ramayana from Sita's perspective.
