Karan Patel, who is seen in 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, ensures he sweats it out in the gym to stay fit.

He says he never liked working out, but is now on a diet and works out regularly.
Karan is not alone in this mission. He is doing this with his Star Plus show's cast mate Aly Goni and Rohit Reddy.
"All three of us are on a serious mission on getting fitter like never before. I never liked working out, but now we have made ourselves go on a routine diet and workout," Karan said in a statement.
"All of us help each other to get this routine on track. And Aly is like my brother from different mother and has immensely inspired me on getting a fit body and work on my diet. After all, we are all for one and one for all."
