The Friday episode in Rajan and Deepa Shahi's 'Anupamaa' begins with a dance face-off between Anupamaa and Kavya. And though both the ladies did well, when Kavya asks Pakhi who won it, Anupamaa says it's Kavya because she doesn't want to put Pakhi in a tough spot.
Later, Kavya provokes Pakhi and tells her if she was her mother she would have fought to win only for her daughter.

Anupamaa goes to Pakhi's room to talk to her and apologise for not being there. Vanraj sees her there and tells her that he is sorry that Pakhi spoke to her rudely. The family then visits the dance academy, and Kavya doesn't seem too impressed by the cafe. But Vanraj tells her that he is sure that Samar and Nandini will make it perfect just like the academy.
