Singer Afsana Khan who created quite a stir in the Bigg Boss 15 house was recently evicted after some co-contestants alleged that she is getting violent and could harm them or herself. Speaking to mid-day.com, Afsana clears the air about what actually happened.

How have you been spending time after being evicted?
I took some time to get back into the flow, now I’m all set to perform at my upcoming concerts and also look forward to the release of some songs.

How has your family reacted to your performance on the show?
Initially, I was not ready to leave the house because my eviction was unfair. The Bigg Boss team connected me to my fiancé Saajz and everything changed after I heard his voice. My family has been very supportive and told me it’s just a game and my part has ended. They told me that I performed well, people are loving me, including the media. The people of Punjab have stopped watching the show after my eviction, they find it boring.

Were you shocked when you were asked to leave?
I trust God, whatever he does is for the best. The audience saw that I didn’t have any over the top reaction, it didn’t matter to me at all. My only reaction was Shamita Shetty and Rajiv Adatia should also be out of the house. Towards the end, Rajiv also became like his sister Shamita. Everyone is talking about how I threatened to lift my shirt and I was wrong, but the channel didn’t air the part where he followed me into the bathroom and held my hand. Both Shamita and Rajiv tortured me to no end. He was not letting me complete my task, I even asked Shamita to keep Rajiv away but she didn’t listen. Ultimately I had to threaten him that if he kept torturing me, he would force me to lift my shirt. These people are calling me vulgar when Shamita is the one wearing indecent clothes. I picked up the ladle in the kitchen and by then Jay, badtameez aadmi created a ruckus that Afsana has picked up a knife and will kill contestants. He created all this hungama because he was told he is doing nothing on the show. I have been harassed three-four times but I never harmed anyone with a knife. Simba Nagpal threw Umar Riaz in the pool but no one objected, though he could have lost his life. I was the only one who stood up for him. I was on medication and if I was crazy, as other contestants claim, I would be in  a mental hospital and not on Bigg Boss.

Are you open to re-entering the house, given a chance?
If I get a chance to re-enter, I will be entertaining and not breaking down this time around. I had already said that even if Bigg Boss gives me the trophy, I will return it and create history because I only entered to win love from the audience.

Are there any contestants you still support?
Karan Kundrra understood me and even Vishal Kotian said I would not harm others or myself. Why would I kill myself over a janani like Shamita? It’s not like Bigg Boss is paying me crores. I have a family to look after. Shamita gets privileges like gluten free food and not being punished despite speaking in English all the time. I have not seen a badtameez woman like her in my life.

What’s next?
I’m looking forward to my wedding in February next year. I was supposed to get married in November this year, but the Bigg Boss team convinced me to do the show and asked if I would like to get married on the show.
