Abhishek Bajaj’s personal life has been under scrutiny ever since he entered the Bigg Boss 19 house. The Student Of The Year 2 actor has been making headlines for his close bond with Ashnoor Kaur. His ex-wife, Akanksha Jindal, accused him of infidelity and even hiding facts while clarifying about their divorce. Amid all this, rumours are rife that Bajaj was dating Donal Bisht.
Was Abhishek Bajaj dating Donal Bisht?
An insider informed News18 that Abhishek was dating Donal while he was married to Akanksha. "Abhishek and Donal were together for a short period of time. They were dating while Abhishek was married to Akanksha. But their relationship did not last long because it looked like Abhishek wasn’t serious. They also broke up soon," the source informed the news portal.
However, another source stated that Abhishek dated Donal after his separation from Akanksha. “He dated Donal, but at that time he wasn’t with Akanksha," the insider added.
Earlier, the actor had reacted to dating rumours and set the record straight, stating, “There is no truth to these rumours. I am not in a live-in relationship with anyone. Currently, I am single and have no plans to date anyone. I am focusing on my career.” To note, Donal was a part of Bigg Boss season 15.
Akanksha Jindal’s claims about Abhishek
After Akanksha’s accusations, Abhishek’s team issued a statement calling her a fame digger. There were a lot of misconceptions when they parted ways. Some believed it happened around 2019, but Akanksha revealed that their divorce was finalised on August 18, 2023. She even revealed the real reason for their separation in a long note on Instagram. Akanksha mentioned that Abhishek pretends to be nice. Not only this, Akanksha went on to call Abhishek a big liar.
She wrote, "He doesn't even hesitate before lying in front of Salman sir. Lying about real age and marital status shows what a big liar he is! Gaslighting the audience on national TV. Abhishek's pattern never changed for 15 years; he's been playing the same game. Even inside the house, he's repeating history with a 21-year-old. Clearly, shame isn't in his vocabulary."
