Salman playfully mocked Elvish’s snake venom case, greeting him with, “Vish se toh aapka purana naata hai” (“You’ve had a long-standing connection with poison”). Elvish responded with good humour, saying he came to “cure the poison” in the house
Elvish Yadav Salman Khan
In the most recent episode of Bigg Boss 19 Weekend Ka Vaar, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan welcomed Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2. Salman welcomed Elvish to a unique job involving fake venom, which was intended to mock the YouTuber's recent snake venom controversy.
Salman Khan took a dig at Elvish Yadav's venom case
As Elvish entered, Salman smiled and said, "Please welcome Elvish Yadav." The system will hang. (Please welcome Elvish Yadav. "Completely crash the system. Elvish responded: "Gharwalon ke andar jo vish hai, uska ilaaj karne aaya hoon (I've come to cure the poison that's inside the housemates)."
Salman joked, "Vish se toh aapka purana naata hai (You've had a long-standing connection with poison)," alluding to the snake venom issue that engulfed Elvish earlier this year. Elvish laughed and replied, "Kaafi (a lot)," prompting Salman to deliver another zinger: "But I didn't realise you could mend it as well. "You have the remedy."
For the unversed, Elvish Yadav was previously involved in a legal dispute after being accused of participating in a rave party where snake venom was purportedly given. Though his legal team has maintained his innocence, the case continues under investigation, particularly after the Allahabad High Court refused to dismiss the chargesheet earlier in May.
Elvish Yadav slyly called out Pranit More for his previous jokes on him
Inside the Bigg Boss 19 house, Elvish kept the drama rolling by introducing the "Poison and Antidote" challenge. He began, "Pranit bhai ko lagta hai; mere andar bahut vish hai. Aap logon ko batana hai, kiske andar ka vish ap nikalna chahte ho. (Pranit brother believes I have a lot of poison in me. You all have to say which poison you want to extract. The task immediately became stressful, resulting in emotional confessions and aggressive comments.
Zeishan Quadri gave the antidote to Kunickaa Sadanand, adding, "Agar yahan huye hain 100 mudde, toh 95 mein Kunickaa ji hai." (If there were 100 difficulties here, Kunickaa was involved in 95 of them.)"
The hardest jibe came from Abhishek Bajaj, who sarcastically targeted Farrhana Bhatt, saying, "Vish ki baat ho aur Farrhana ki baat na ho, toh aisa ho hi nahi sakta. But it's not important to mention Farrhana when discussing poison. But you're not that important; go sit back down.
Amaal Mallik, goes for a more diplomatic path, presenting the antidote to Ashnoor Kaur, calling her the "leader of the group," while Elvish chimed in, "Iske toh kitna bhi antidote dedo, khatam na hona zeher (No matter how much antidote you give her, the poison won't end)"
As the episode came to an end, Salman heightened anxiety by summoning Neelam and Zeishan to the mukhya dwaar for a bogus eviction, only to reveal that it was all a prank, leaving the participants relieved and the audience in stitches.
