Anaya Bangar had an intriguing journey in Rise and Fall. As the show wraps with a finale, in an exclusive chat with mid-day, Anaya got candid about her stint in the house, her bonds and more.
Anaya on her experience with the show, "My experience, to be honest, was quite intense. At first, because it was my first reality show, and I'm the kind of person who doesn't really play drama or have any fights. So, it was a different experience for me to see all these people act in this way as well. Besides the fact that I really enjoyed doing the tasks in the show and putting my point whenever I needed to. So, I really had so much fun."
Anaya shares her experience on the show
She further added, "To be honest, I didn't have rage in there. It was just an emotional experience; there were phases where I was feeling very low, but the contestants in the show were really supportive and helpful. And the support and the help that I got from Akriti, Arjun, and even Arush was a huge thing. Arjun and Arush taking a stand on National TV to support me had set an example for the whole community and the people of India as well."
Anaya shared that initially she thought she would be left out, "I think the first week of the show, as well, all the contestants were quite grasped in the whole format of the show. Because they were playing as a team in a game where you have to play individually and have your own strategies. I thought that I would just stay neutral. I'll let the game play however it wants to. Though people thought it was a team game, it actually wasn't; we were all playing individually in the show."
"I don't think there's any such contestant in the show who I wouldn't want to speak to, because everyone had a really good relationship with me. I had a great bond with everyone. Although I thought initially that Arbaaz might be the one, I've heard that he's a good person outside. And whatever he was doing in the show is just his style here, not him actually being himself. So that's what I thought. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone," she then quipped.
Anaya reacts to Dhanashree's game
Anaya reacted to Dhanashree's victim card game, "To be honest, I don't know what game she's playing because people say that she's playing the victim card. And I think that as long as you're saying your truth, that's not playing the victim card. And on top of that, I think she was just following the game as well with how Arbaaz and Aditya were leading. And she was part of that group till the time it favoured her. So I think in the midst of doing all of that, she kind of lost a chance to prove herself. Whereas, compared to me, I actually proved myself in tasks. But she didn't have that opportunity, being a ruler as well. So I think just being a follower also costs her quite a bit in the long run."
Anaya would love to participate in these upcoming reality shows, "Probably, I'm open to doing Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa, Khatron Ke Khiladi and all because they're more action-based. I think I can do well in tasks, which I've already proved. And whenever it comes to that, I think I'll just give my 100 percent. I'm hoping for the best in the future as well."
