The Anupamaa actress says today's audience values authenticity just as much as glamour, making honesty and confidence far more important than chasing perfection.

Talking about how the industry has evolved, Adrija says, "I honestly feel the definition has become much broader. A few years ago, people mostly associated being camera ready with looking perfect, perfect skin, perfect styling and everything looking polished. Today, audiences connect with people who feel real. They notice confidence, honesty and personality much more than perfection. Of course, looking presentable is part of our profession, but I think the camera also catches your energy. If you're comfortable with yourself, it automatically reflects on screen. That's what I believe being camera ready really means now."
