After winning Bigg Boss 19, Gaurav Khanna is all set to take on a new challenge with Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. In an exclusive chat with Mid-day, the actor spoke candidly about why he chose the show, what excites him about it, and the role his close friend Faisal Shaikh played in encouraging him.

Calling the stunt-based reality show a “completely different ball game,” Gaurav stressed that it isn’t just about physical strength. “Contrary to what people believe, this is not only about physicality,” he shared, explaining that while contestants are pushed into intense and often fear-inducing situations, the real challenge lies in mental strength. According to him, the ability to stay calm, focused and mentally resilient is just as important as physical endurance.
