Satish Shah, a veteran actor, died on October 25 at approximately 2:30 p.m. in Mumbai's Hinduja Hospital. The 74-year-old actor, well known for his appearances in 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai', 'Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro', and 'Main Hoon Na', had been battling kidney issues and had recently received a transplant.

The actor's demise has left the industry in shock. In an exclusive conversation with Rajesh Kumar, who played Rosesh Sarabhai in the show Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, he shared that he was extremely shocked and couldn't process the news.

Rajesh said, "This is the worst hour for me.. I still cannot process that Satish ji is no more. All I can say is that it feels like I have lost my father.. A man full of life and humour. Challenging everything. Made his name and left his mark as an actor. This is a big, big loss to the industry and us ( Sarabhai’s family). Let’s pray for his departed soul and keep him in your prayers. I can’t talk much as not in the right frame."
