Television actor Ishwar Thakur, known for his roles in FIR and Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!, is currently in a critical condition and undergoing treatment in the ICU of a hospital in Thane. His family has appealed for urgent financial assistance, saying they have exhausted their savings while trying to fund his treatment.

Ishwar’s sister Jayshree shared an update on his condition on Instagram Stories on Wednesday. In her appeal, she revealed that the actor developed a severe kidney infection after an infection originating from a wound on his leg spread through his body. She said the family is struggling to meet the mounting expenses for hospitalisation, medicines, tests and other medical requirements.
