Actress Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar embraced parenthood for the second time as they welcomed their second child, a baby boy, on September 1. Now, the new parents have unveiled the name of their little bundle of joy. Gauahar and Zaid have decided to name their second son Farwaan. The actor shared an adorable post just a day after she opened up about her second son on Bigg Boss 19.

Sharing the name of their newborn on social media, the couple dropped a joint post with an adorable photo of their elder son, Zehaan, holding his baby brother's hand lovingly. "FARWAAN Zehaan introduces his little brother. Allahumma baarik lahu," they captioned the post.

On September 3, Gauahar and Zaid announced the birth of Farwaan with a special note on Instagram. It read, “Bismillah Hir Rahmaan Nir Raheem. Zehaan is overjoyed to graciously share his kingdom with his new baby brother. Born on September 1, 2025. Seeking everyone’s continued love and blessings for our elated family. Grateful and giggling parents, Zaid and Gauahar.”
For the unversed, Gauahar and Zaid tied the knot in 2020. They welcomed their first son, Zehaan, in 2023.
Gauahar’s appearance on Bigg Boss 19
The Weekend Ka Vaar stage saw a special appearance by Gauahar Khan, who came to support her brother-in-law, Awez Darbar. Addressing him directly, Gauahar encouraged Awez to find his voice inside the house. “Apni awaaz uthao, Awez. Everybody is loving you and we are proud of you, but aap chup ho. Aapke baare mein kaafi bola jaa raha hai, so if you won’t speak up, who will?”
She also called out Amaal for his behaviour, saying, “Aapka character bahut negative aur dogla aa raha hai. Aap sabke peeth peeche bolte ho, condescending baatein karte ho aur phir kehte ho mazaak tha.” Gauahar further highlighted Amaal’s controversial statements about Awez, including claims that he handed Awez businesses worth 20 lakhs and that most of Awez’s followers were fake.
On a parting note, she revealed the name of her second son to Awez while telling him how her kids are waiting to see him win.
