The hugely anticipated song – Habit, featuring the immensely popular duo, the late Siddharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill, was launched today by Saregama. The song was initially scheduled for release on October 21. But heeding to fans' requests, the label decided to release the song ahead of the schedule.
Shehnaaz Gill is seen missing dear friend Sidharth Shukla in the video, The shoot was left incomplete as Sidharth passed away on September 2. In the few portions of the song that they shot together, we see Sidharth and Shehnaaz in a jolly and playful mood on a beach. Check out the song right here:

Ever since the announcement of the song was made, SidNaaz fans took over social media with their passionate comments and feedback. In fact, the song which was earlier titled Adhura, was changed to Habit after overwhelming requests from fans of Shehnaaz Gill and Sidharth Shukla. Since Habit is a tribute to Sidharth Shukla and is being released as a special gift for the fans of SidNaaz, it was only fitting that the music label decided to give into their request and release the song earlier.
Habit has been composed by Arko and is sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Arko. Earlier while sharing the poster of the song on social media, Shreya Ghoshal remembered Sidharth Shukla and wrote, "He was a star and will be forever.. The love of millions of hearts will shine bright forever. #Habit our unfinished song.. #Adhura hai par phir bhi poora rahega.. #Sidnaaz ka yeh aakhri gaana, har fan ki khwahish, hamesha ke liye humare dilon mein zinda rahega.
Releasing on the 21st October," wrote Shreya in her post.
