<p>Kanika Kapoor suffered a wardrobe malfunction during the shoot of Om Shanti Om. Apparently, the zipper of her blouse broke when she went on stage. The production team got a tailor to fix the mishap, but it wasn't before two hours that the shoot resumed.</p>
