Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who continues to captivate audiences as the presenter of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, has lately revealed a previously unseen side of himself: stand-up comedy. In a hilarious special episode, some of India's most popular comedians, Harsh Gujral, Abhishek Upmanyu, Anubhav Singh Bassi, and Ravi Gupta, joined Big B on the KBC hot seat, resulting in an amazing evening of comedy and banter.

In the Sony TV promo, Amitabh Bachchan begins the episode by saying, "I would like to change the environment a bit and welcome stand-up comedy's four renowned stalwarts to the show." As the comedians make their grand entrance, they greet the iconic actor by touching his feet, which elicits huge applause and cheers from the crowd.

Keeping the fun continuing, Harsh Gujral made a funny quip straight after taking the stage, adding, "Audience doesn't clap this much in our shows," which had the Sholay star in stitches. When Abhishek Upmanyu joined the chat, the episode swiftly degenerated into a laugh riot. Big B, with his characteristic wit, commented, "You left three jobs and now you are sitting here."  To this, Abhishek quipped, “It depends on people, some say I left the jobs, but I say I was thrown out,” prompting a hearty laughter from Amitabh and the audience.

Amitabh Bachchan reprises his iconic dialogue from Don

Amitabh was heard reprising his iconic dialogue from Don, saying, "Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai (Catching Don is not just difficult, it's impossible)." The biggest surprise came when the seasoned actor took the stage to do stand-up comedy for the first time on Indian television. The promotional voiceover teases viewers, saying, "Watch Amit ji's stand-up comedy on Indian television for the first time."

Harsh Gujral, impressed by the host's humorous timing and easy charm, commended him, stating, "Sir, you are the Badshah of acting, you can also sing, and now you have done stand-up, I think we should all go back to our village."

The lighter episode is expected to be one of the most entertaining segments of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17.
