Rohit Shetty has addressed concerns over contestant safety on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, with the filmmaker and host defending the intense challenges featured on the stunt-based reality show. His comments come amid growing criticism from viewers over the physical risks involved in some of the tasks.

Speaking about the safety measures followed during the show to Variety, Rohit said the stunts are not designed simply to shock contestants or put them in danger. “The stunts are designed to challenge contestants,” he said, stressing that each challenge is planned with safety protocols in place.
