Actor Sudhir Pandey, who has been part of the entertainment industry for over two decades now, feels the younger lot of actors "lack in the devotion for acting" as they want everything easy and fast.

"The new generation actors want everything to be easy and quick. They lack in the devotion for acting, for perfecting each scene and listening to the director," Sudhir said in a statement.
