Shilpa Shinde hits back at those calling sexual harassment allegations as rape: ‘Stop spreading false narratives'

Shilpa Shinde addressed the controversy around her allegations against Sanjay Kohli, accusing PR teams of twisting facts. She clarified that her complaint was about sexual harassment and criticised those spreading misleading narratives online

Actress Shilpa Shinde has once again addressed the controversy surrounding her allegations against producer Sanjay Kohli. In a strongly worded message, Shilpa accused PR teams of spreading misinformation. Sharing a video, Shilpa clarified that people describing her sexual harassment case as "rape" are misrepresenting her allegations.

Shilpa wrote on her Instagram, "KEEP DOING YOUR JOB PR, but Stop spreading false narratives about the case." The actress further stated, “Sexual harassment is any unwelcome sexual behavior that makes a person feel uncomfortable, intimidated, humiliated, or offended. Unwanted physical contact, sexual comments or jokes, inappropriate messages or images, repeated unwanted advances, sexually suggestive gestures...So stop circulating your own cooked theory (sic)."
