Sourav Ganguly has stepped into a new role with Bigg Boss Bangla Season 3, taking charge of the reality show’s weekend episodes after spending nearly a decade as the host of Dadagiri Unlimited. With Salman Khan having become synonymous with the Hindi version of Bigg Boss, Ganguly was asked whether he studied the superstar’s hosting style before taking on the Bengali edition.

However, the former Indian cricketer made it clear that he has no plans to replicate Salman’s approach. Speaking to Variety India, Ganguly said, “He has his own way, he’s different. Sourav Ganguly cannot do the same thing as Salman Khan.” He added, “We are different people with different personalities. He hosts in his way, and I will do it my way.”
