<p>Kratika came on the set with lunch for Nikitin, who later took to Instagram to appreciate her gesture.</p>
<p>Alongside a photograph of himself with Kratika, Nikitin wrote: "When I&rsquo;m not well and you show up at work to surprise me, all my energies are restored."</p>
<p>'Naagarjuna - Ek Yoddha', aired on Life OK, also features Anshuman Malhotra and Keerti Nagpure.</p>
