Varun Dhawan graced Koffee with Karan 9, where he opened up about fatherhood and how life has changed since welcoming his daughter, Lara. He also reflected on how his Student of the Year co-stars Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra are parents to daughters, recalling their early days on the film. Varun further praised Ranbir Kapoor’s parenting skills.

Varun on parenthood

When Karan asked Varun how he felt coming to the show for the first time after becoming a father, Varun said, “A lot has changed. My mornings are very different now. Like earlier, I used to have a lot of time to myself in the morning, but now when I get up, I have my two-year-old running, jumping, trying to slide in the wrong way. So Natasha and I are almost like fielders. But it's fun. Just seeing the joy and the pureness in a child just brings a lot of joy to your heart.”
