Does the idea of running inside a shopping mall sound fun? If yes, you may be interested in the 7km Mall Run organised by a Japanese footwear company at the High Street Phoenix Mall on October 24.

We know that a mall might not offer the ideal track to test your running skills, but it makes for a great opportunity to meet like-minded runners and also participate in a free recovery session by a company that specialises in the manufacture of pain relieving sprays.
If you are anxious about bumping into shoppers or kids with brawny parents, fret not. The run will take place at 6.30 am sharp, and is expected to conclude within an hour. Interested participants can sign up online, post which they will receive a confirmation email. They will need to visit the Asics outlet at the mall to collect their bib for the run before 8 pm today.
