Food trucks in India do not have got a licence to operate, and are generally limited to being stationary and operating as food kiosks. But this hasn't dimmed people's enthusiasm and nearly every week comes news of yet another food truck. The latest is Scoopalicious, started by the team behind the Bombay Food Truck Company. True to its name, the new truck will serve scoops of ice cream in waffle cones.
