Did you know that the food a mother eats during pregnancy not only affects her kids, but three generations after her too? Or that Lamaze, a set of specialised breathing techniques, can help women bear labour pain? "It relaxes your mind and ensures sufficient oxygen supply to both, the mother and the baby, enabling the mother to sail through the childbirth process," says qualified Lamaze consultant Dr Rita Shah, who will shed more light on these topics at a talk that is part of the Pinwheel Project. To be held tomorrow, it's a daylong pop-up curated by four entrepreneurs — Shouger Merchant Doshi, Aditi Kapur, Nidhi Chopra and Ragini Vakil.
