"Jackets, coats and blazers are accessories that can completely change your look or add that extra oomph. Mumbai weather, however, is constantly at odds with this particular fashion statement. Having lived in Mumbai all my life, I have learnt a few tricks to incorporate my favourite silhouette to my wardrobe," says designer and stylist Bhoomika Chouhan.

"Team up your jackets with a basic tee for the top or slim leggings/skirts. Avoid layering too much, especially in the day. Best way to truly look edgy and fashionable is to just drape the jacket on your shoulders instead of actually wearing it," she adds.
