An earlier performance of Sukhan 

Theater actor Om Bhutkar started Sukhan, a three-hour long performance of Urdu shayari, Hindustani classical music and Sufi music, a year ago. Since then this show of ghazals, qawwalis and shayaris that keeps changing with each performance has been staged at multiple venues. The response, Bhutkar says, has been overwhelming with all tickets selling out often, and regulars who try and attend all the events. A new show will be performed in the city this Friday.
