7.30 am At The Blind Man Car Rally 2015, drivers will be navigated by visually impaired individuals, with their route mapped in Braille. The visually impaired navigators will assist the drivers for 50 km. The registration amount goes towards the welfare of the visually handicapped and the education of underprivileged children.
