Last year, Saniya Thomas signed up for a blindfolded walk organised by The Project Vision, a Bengaluru-based non-profit. However, she wasn't able to finish an easy, two-hour trail. "It was so challenging that I was exhausted within a few minutes," says Thomas, director of Center For Development Initiatives, an NGO dedicated to marginalised communities. The organisation has collaborated with The Project Vision to conduct a blindfolded walk in Bhayandar tomorrow, on the occasion of World Sight Day.
