The holy city of Varanasi has been a muse for many painters, photographers and cinematographers in the past, with the gorgeous temples that line the ghats of the Ganges being one of the most prominent features.
Photographer Arun Kumar Mishra’s current show, titled Banaras: More Ancient Than Time, aims to depict that the city has more images than temples and ghats on the banks of the river Ganges.
