A dancer gets ready for rehearsal

In a tribute to the literary legend, Mumbai-based event company Mohor Entertainment will present a version of Rabindranath Tagore’s Mayar Khela in the form of an Opera. This is the first time that the work will be performed in its entirety, without any cuts. The musical extravaganza unfolds with a plot about a confused heart that stumbles on its way to realising its dream.
