Radio City's Campaign Launched in Association with District Election Office, Ahmedabad, Aims to Increase Voter Participation in the Upcoming Gujarat Elections

Radio City's Awareness Campaign 'Vototsav' Inspires Citizens to Make Their Votes

Radio City 91.1FM, India's leading radio network has announced an awareness campaign, 'Vototsav' to emphasize the importance of voting in the upcoming Gujarat elections. Launched in association with the District Election Office, Ahmedabad, the campaign will drive awareness in the voter community and emphasize the significance of citizen participation in elections. Radio City's RJ Harshil is the radio brand ambassador for the activity and has been entrusted with the responsibility of engaging with the voters, encouraging them to exercise their voting rights.



The campaign kick-started on 9th November, will incorporate multiple activities including videos, events and digital activation. The campaign launch, done in conjunction with the District Election Office and Gujarat University, was attended by over 1,000 enthusiastic participants and witnessed the release of the 'Vototsav Anthem' by Radio City . Radio City has already reached out to more than 45,000 citizens through multiple events and is expected to engage with even more through the course of the campaign. To ensure a 360-degree outreach, Radio City has also produced promotional videos to engage and urge people to vote. While most videos aim to educate the citizens about the importance of casting their votes, Radio City has also promoted the usage of VVPAT machines through one of the videos featuring RJ Harshil.


Radio City's 'Vototsav' reminds the citizens of their duties as responsible citizens of India and urges them to vote and choose the best leaders for the state.
