Till date The Tribal Box has covered more than 300 stories and helped the talent in giving them the due recognition and connected them with the right audience.
The objective of this talent and learning platform is to value every person and believes in their dreams. There are a lot of dreamers in this society but there are very few people who believe in their dreams and even less who support them in achieving it. The Tribal Box helps ‘switch on’ the dream button in your life by telling inspiring stories that connect and resonate with the audience. They also provide support in terms of publicity, mentorship and money to help people make and stick to their life changing decisions.

"I believe money is not everything. But as a start-up, we do need funds to make our vision bigger. It has been a struggle and we are working on a shoe-string budget, but we are confident that we will get where we wish to ‘The Tribal Box’ today has over 350 inspirational stories categorized to music, travel, designs, sports, and people’s corner with several brands talking about the platform. What began with a vision and a team of two, today has a team of 15 working relentlessly. We don’t stop by sharing their stories, we are also trying to get grants from brands so that we can support our protagonists with their basic needs, be it financial or otherwise, especially for athletes who are often looking for sponsors to help them get a fair chance at chasing their dreams," says Ms. Sanghamitra Khatu, Founder & Marketing Director The Tribal Box.
The Bengaluru based start-up picks & chooses these inspiring stories very carefully. The stories are vetted by the team and those who make claims of having achieved anything have to support it with certificates, and other testimonials. The stories are updated when the protagonists make progress in their field. A feature story is uploaded every week on the platform. The team research stories extensively and then discuss in detail their life goals and steps they have taken towards achieving them. It then goes to the next level and all the stories are evaluated internally and looked from a lens of how is this inspiring for people. If the story meets all the internal parameters, it then gets shot and published.
