Nutrition expert Rihana Qureshi who is also a Strength Coach is popular for her weight loss transformations. However this time, the client’s goal was to lose fat and gain muscle.
Aamir Patel, a Civil Engineer by profession was unhappy with the way he looked and felt. Having been an active sportsperson in his college days, he very well understood the importance of fitness which he feels he neglected over the years due to stressful work life. He had a clear goal in mind – to get fit and strong from within like in his youth and transform his personality. And thus began his journey.

Right from day one, Aamir showed the exemplary discipline, hitting the gym at 6am every day before a long day of work. His training involved a combination of strength training, powerlifting and HIIT. All this training had to be complemented with right nutrition to deliver results. Being a civil engineer meant, lot of visits to sites. But Aamir mentions, “Rihana took into account my schedule and planned my meals such that I could manage my nutrition even with hectic work timings and travelling. The best part was her constant checks and follow ups to see if I was adhering to the plan. This helped a lot to get me in the zone and come out of my pattern of impulsive eating” And within 3 months, the result of all this hard work were there for everyone to see -
