Vishal Arvind Brahambhaat was born in a middle class family in Mumbai. His father had a family business of tea stall and he was doing good, When Vishal Arvind Brahambhaat was in 7th std, his father tried Fabric manufacturing business in his village, Veda Vijapur in Gujarat. Vishal along with his siblings moved to Veda Vijapur and got admission over there but success and peace was still a far fetched dream for him and his family and he again had to move to Ahmedabad due to the business loss that his father faced. Vishal spent 1 and a half year in Gujarat looking for opportunities and when nothing seemed to be working out, his father once again decided to get settled back to Mumbai.

After coming to mumbai, his family started a business of Agarbatthi (Incense Sticks) and they were doing good now, and Vishal Arvind Brahambhaat completed his 10th from a Gujarati Medium School. He was just an average student but he had interest in sports, After the completion of 10th he got admission in AP college. During his college days, he represented his college in cricket. After completing his college, he got a job in the chemical market, but he was not interested in job so he quitted his job and began finding his passion, passion for the subjects and areas that would interest him and also would make him money. And then, he found the ray of light in the darkness, "Financial Analysis" which seemed like a dream come true for him.

During his new found relationship with Financial Analysis, Vishal also married his girlfriend Paina Brahambhaat with whom he was in relationship for 9 years since his college.
Vishal Arvind Brahambhaat started earning good money by investing in stocks, property and gold, And he got success in it then he decided to make it his full time business and his efforts and hardwork brought him luck in the business. Soon people started not only praising him but coming to him for financial advises.
