A Padma Bhushan awardee, Boner travelled extensively with the musician&rsquo;s elder brother, dancer Uday Shankar&rsquo;s troupe and promoted them internationally and in India.

In collaboration with Rietberg Museum, Z&uuml;rich, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya is presenting Alice from Switzerland: A visionary artist and scholar between two continents.
This exhibition aims to give viewers a view of Boner&rsquo;s works as well as her life through photographs and personal documents and her efforts to promote cultural understanding between East and West.
