Dear Diana,
I'm in my final year of college. Two years ago, I fell for a girl who has now relocated to Coimbatore from Mumbai for her studies. I trust her, but I feel insecure at times. For some strange reasons, I have these weird dreams that she's cheating on me. I haven't told her what playing on my mind, but the distance is surely making things difficult for me.

Dear Shravan,
As they say distance makes the heart grow fonder. If you are serious about each other, there is no reason for your insecurities to spring up. There are scores of couples in a long-distance relationship due to professional reasons. In your case, it is for studies. After she completes her course she will be back in Mumbai and with you. So in these few years of separation, you can gauge how much she means to you. As for you harbouring thoughts about her cheating on you — stop being insecure and get a life. What if she thought likewise? Think how you would feel.
