I was dumped by my girlfriend after being together for four years. We spoke of a future together, but little did I know what was going on in her mind. I splurged her with gifts and went out of my way to make her happy. I thought she was the woman for me, but I was sadly mistaken. Two weeks ago, to my shock, she suddenly announced that her parents had fixed a match for her. She then told me her parents were not in favour of me. This, after dropping in at their place for years and being referred to as their prospective son-in-law. We were open about the relationship and both our families knew about us. I am wondering what has gone wrong. She refuses to talk to me or even listen to what I have to say. I do not know what has caused this sudden change in her.
