Dear Alka,
You created the problem, so only you can find a solution to it. When everything was going fine, why did you suddenly develop paranoia. It is obvious that he does not like your changed behaviour. You need to make amends by apologising to him and explain to him that things will be like before. You need to reach out to him and he is sure to play difficult, but this is your doing so you will have make him realise how sorry you are.
