The celebrated India Film Project that spurs filmmakers across countries to make a film within 48 hours has traversed boundaries by organising an online film festival, a first in India, that will showcase rare nuggets by NFDC such as Sudhir Mishra's Dharavi, Shyam Benegal's Mammo and of course, Kundan Shah's cult film, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro
Film buffs have much to jubilate. Especially when one has the opportunity to discover significant films of celebrated directors such as Sudhir Mishra, Shyam Benegal and Kundan Shah. Ritam Bhatnagar, director of the India Film Project (IFP) in association with National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) will be organising an online film festival, a first for Indian audiences, under the aegis of his initiative.
