Three big bands from three different cities are all set to rock our town this weekend leading up to the Independence Day
This Saturday, the city will haveu00a0 more than its fair share of rock music. Pentagram, music composer Vishal Dadlani's Indian rock band, returns to town after the launch of their album Bloodywood this year and this time, they are not coming alone. Joining them, to set the stage ablaze are Kochi-based Motherjane and city-based All the Fat Children. We caught up with the two newer bands prior to the show and they admit, they are all set to get you headbanging.

Motherjane
This rock band comes from the heart of Kerala and became nearly synonymous with Indian Rock in the late 90s. With popular albums like V Out There and Insane Biography, Motherjane has performed across institutions in the country and headlined for International acts like Opeth. The current band line-up features Clyde on bass guitar, Deepu andu00a0 Santhosh on guitars, John on drums and percussion and Suraj on the vocals and lyrics.
